Job Description

As a Cloud DevSecOps Engineer, you will be a key contributor to Rockwell Automation's cloud transformation journey, designing and maintaining secure, scalable cloud-native platforms. You will report to the Manager - Cloud Infrastructure and work in a hybrid capacity from our Pune, India office. In this role, you will collaborate with capability teams across the enterprise to implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automate deployments, and ensure security is embedded in every layer of our cloud solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain secure cloud PaaS and SaaS environments using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP, with a focus on automation and scalability.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for Development, QA, and Production environments using Azure DevOps and other DevOps tools.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as PowerShell, Python, Puppet, and JSON to automate cloud resource provisioning.
- Collaborate with Data Governance teams to implement secure access management and compliance controls.
- Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations for emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Work in Agile teams to drive innovation, automate manual processes, and support cloud-native development using tools like Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory.
- Good knowledge on Azure AKS.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in DevOps within a cloud environment.
- Experience provisioning PaaS and SaaS solutions in Azure.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Puppet, or JSON.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Projects, Pipelines, and Releases.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Professional certifications in Azure.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess and improve cloud infrastructure performance.
- Enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning.
