Safebox is a Family Data Organizer designed to help Indian families manage and store their most critical information securely and efficiently. It ensures that everything from insurance to investments and IDs remains organized, accessible, and private. Through its intuitive platform, Safebox helps families stay calm by having important information readily available when needed.

Role Overview

This is an onsite role based in Coimbatore.You'll work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to craft and deliver product-related communication that drives user engagement. You'll also plan and execute online events such as webinars to educate, onboard, and engage our audience. As a Product Marketing Intern, you'll help bridge the gap between our product and our users — ensuring they understand, engage with, and love what we build.

Responsibilities

  • Create clear and engaging content for email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messages.
  • Plan and execute product marketing campaigns for launches, feature updates, and promotions.
  • Support onboarding, engagement, and reactivation campaigns to improve retention.
  • Track and report engagement metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and suggest improvements.
  • Research competitor communication and best practices in product marketing.
  • Maintain the campaign calendar and coordinate with design for creatives.
  • Assist in user segmentation and personalization efforts.
  • Plan & Manage Webinars/Events
    – including topic selection (with team guidance), scheduling, promotions, speaker coordination, platform setup, dry runs, moderation, and post-event follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Interest in technology, consumer apps, and user engagement.
  • Ability to adapt messaging for different channels and audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and webinar platforms (a plus).
  • Basic understanding of analytics and willingness to learn.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
