We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a background in Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing electrician teams, handling multiple commercial buildings, and working with Building Management Systems (BMS). This role demands strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive operational efficiency across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of electricians, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

  • Project Management: Oversee operations across multiple commercial buildings, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.

  • BMS Expertise: Utilize your experience with Building Management Systems to enhance building efficiency and operational effectiveness.

  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting and resolving any electrical issues.

  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and reduce energy consumption.

  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

  • Client Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications and Eligibility:

  • Must have Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a managerial role handling teams.

  • Must have Proven experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).

  • Extensive experience managing operations in multiple commercial buildings.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
