Role Description

We are hiring a
Social Media & AI Automation Executive
with a 3-month hands-on training period to ensure a smooth transition into the role. During the training phase, the candidate will learn how to manage posting, work with automation tools, maintain content calendars and support digital operations. After training, the candidate will take full ownership of daily tasks with confidence and clarity.

First 3 Months

  • Understanding company workflows and posting structure
  • Learning to use automation systems (Zapier / Make / Notion / Chat GPT)
  • Practicing scheduling, posting and data organisation
  • Working closely with the team to build confidence and accuracy
  • Weekly guidance and mentorship to ensure smooth learning

Responsibilities

  • Upload and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create and maintain monthly content calendars
  • Build and monitor basic AI workflows and automations
  • Track and organise performance data using Excel / Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely execution
  • Suggest improvements to workflows and posting efficiency

Qualifications

  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms and content formats
  • Interest in AI and automation tools (Zapier, Make, Chat GPT, etc.)
  • Excel / Google Sheets knowledge for documentation
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to learn fast and follow structured processes
  • Experience in social media or digital operations is a plus, not mandatory
