Position: HR Recruiter – Intern(Unpaid)

Department: Human Resources

Location: On-site-Sec 59 Noida

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 1 month of unpaid ongoing 2nd month paid internship

Reporting To: HR Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations within a fast-paced and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Support the HR team in drafting job descriptions and posting openings.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
