Job Description
As a Data Scientist I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for applying your knowledge in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions. You will work closely with leadership to translate business needs into data science solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies.

In this role, you will impact the business by providing actionable insights that optimize processes, reduce costs, and identify growth opportunities, positioning Honeywell at the forefront of data-driven innovation.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

  • Apply data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and formulate datadriven solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and explore new approaches to enhance analytical capabilities
  • Generate valuable insights and actionable recommendations to support business decisionmaking
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE

  • 0+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on leading complex projects and delivering impactful solutions
  • Mastery experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior data scientists

  • Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
  • Experience in leading and ownership of complex data projects
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the overall direction of the Data Science team.
