Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of auditing standards, and experience in conducting internal audits in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute internal audit activities across departments and business processes.
  • Evaluate internal controls, identify weaknesses, and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, operational, and statutory policies and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
  • Review financial statements, accounting records, and operational data for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) preferred.
  • 4–5 years of experience in internal audit or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
