. We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager (Accounts Payable) in our Finance Team at

Role Responsibilities

  1. Knowledge of Accounting Standards/ principles (Ind AS), Direct& Indirect Taxation.

  2. Statutory Dues compliance - GST TDS

  3. Review workings & File GSTR1/GSTR6/GSTR3B Returns

  4. Track & Co-ordinate GSTR2A difference
  5. Co-ordinate GSTR6A difference
  6. Identify Non-compliance if any
  7. Prepare monthly TDS workings
  8. Process payments of TDS before due date

  9. Quarterly prepare statement of 27Q, 26Q & 24Q

  10. To ensure accurate& timely book closure on monthly basis, accuracy & completeness of provisions.

  11. Monitor Bank & Vendor Reconciliation regularly

  12. Ensure compliance of all SOPs

  13. Supporting completion of Internal & Statutory audits in timely manner.

  14. Monthly Expense, pre-paid provisions and Variance Analysis for Senior Management

  15. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

  16. Coordination with internal and external auditors

  17. Preparation and submission of MIS reports to Management on monthly basis

  18. Working knowledge of Forex Payments and Receivable and clearance of Docs with the AD Bank.

  19. Inventory reconciliation between warehouses and accounting books. GRN and Gatepass Reconciliation.

Must Have - Good knowledge of MS-Excel.

Education : Qualified CA/ Semi Qualified CA Professionals
