Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our fitness studio. This role requires handling client servicing, managing the front desk, and supporting sales activities. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet members and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Manage the front desk operations including calls, inquiries, and appointments.
  • Assist in membership sales, renewals, and client registrations.
  • Provide excellent client servicing by addressing queries, feedback, and concerns.
  • Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth studio operations.
  • Maintain records, handle billing, and support administrative tasks.
  • Promote studio services, offers, and events to prospective and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Graduation is mandatory.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and front desk management is preferred.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to multitask.
  • Interest in fitness and wellness industry will be an added advantage.
