Hiring: "Branch Training Manager- Agency Vertical" for a market-leading life insurance company
Job Title: Branch Training Manager- Agency Channel
Location: Bhubaneswar/Cuttack (role includes oversight of multiple branches across Odisha)
Compensation: Up to 7.5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 4 years(life insurance training, preferably within the agency channel)
Education Requirements: Any Graduate with an IC38 Certificate.
About the Opportunity:
We are hiring for a senior training role with a reputed private life insurance organization. This position plays a key part in strengthening the agency workforce by enhancing product knowledge, improving sales capability, and driving business outcomes through structured learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive training and development initiatives for assigned clusters and employees.
- Ensure adequate training coverage aligned with business goals, sales performance, and product mix targets.
- Create and implement monthly training calendars in line with identified needs and organizational objectives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous capability enhancement across mapped branches.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align capability-building with business priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and distribution.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful training programs.
- Willingness to travel across Odisha as part of branch engagement.
