Salary: Base salary 15k to 20k (depends on interview)

Incentives: 1% commission on sales achieved

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of software solutions, ERP systems, mobile apps, websites, and digital products. You will be responsible for driving sales, conducting product demos, and generating leads to promote our range of software solutions and digital products. This role requires traveling to nearby cities such as Indore and Bhopal to meet clients and offer product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities to generate sales. Develop leads through cold calling, networking, and attending relevant industry events.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site product demos and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our software, ERP solutions, mobile apps, and digital products.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed the minimum monthly sales target while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Travel & Client Engagement: Travel to nearby cities such as Indore, Bhopal, and other locations as required to meet clients, provide product demos, and close sales.
• Market Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to provide insights on the product and help improve future offerings.
• Reporting: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and provide regular reports on sales progress to the management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts and drive company goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma/bachelors degree or equivalent; additional certification in sales, marketing, or software products is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software products, ERP systems, mobile apps, websites, and digital solutions.
• Sales Experience: Prior experience in field sales or B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
• Self-Motivated: Strong drive to achieve sales targets and ability to work independently.
• Travel Willingness: Must be willing to travel to nearby cities such as Indore and Bhopal for client meetings and demos.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Driving License: Valid driver's license with own vehicle for local travel.
