JobDescription: Relationship Manager* Locations:Multiple Locations Across IndiaDepartment:Sales and Marketing**KeyResponsibilities:* * *Actas the face of Mittsure technologies, ensuring professionalism and a strongbrand image.* 1.Sales or lead Generation:•Identify and approach potential customers such as schools, bookstores, anddistributors in assigned territory.•Demonstrate and promote the product that includes educational books,flashcards, charts, life skill boards, and project materials.•Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.2.Customer Relationship Management:•Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions, andretailers.•Provide product information, training, and demonstrations to potential clients.•Handling customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customersatisfaction.3.Market Expansion:•Identify new market opportunities and trends in the assigned area.•Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the management team forproduct improvement.•Ensure Mittsure's products are well -stocked and prominently displayed inoutlets.4.Sales Reporting:•Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and field activities.•Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.5.Brand Promotion:•Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and school fairs to showcaseMittsure's product range. Requirements*KeySkills and Competencies:* •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to effectively demonstrate and sell products.•Self -motivated with a results -oriented mindset.•Good negotiation and persuasive abilities.•Proficient in market research and competitor analysis. *Qualifications:* •Graduate in any stream.•2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the Edtech industry (Freshers canalso apply)•Familiarity with local geography and schools in the assigned location.•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
