We're Hiring – Life Insurance Relationship Manager (Direct Sales) | Kochi

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Department: Direct Sales

Reporting To: Area Sales Head

Direct Sales, you will drive business growth by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer appointments at offices or homes to sell life insurance products.
  • Attend and convert leads/appointments provided by the call center.
  • Meet individual sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain daily sales activity records in the Lead Management System (LMS).
  • Update MIS reports and track lead utilization & conversion accurately.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities proactively within your territory.

Education & Skills:

  • Minimum UG /PG /MBA /Any Degree
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
  • Prior experience in life insurance direct sales is preferred.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • New Business Target Achievement: 100%
  • Renewal Business Retention: 85%

  • Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of financial markets and structured sales processes.
  • Accountability and proactive identification of business opportunities.

Internal Interactions:

  • Branch Operations: Coordination for policy issuance, documentation, and customer support
  • IT / Applications: LMS support and technology/app-based tools for campaigns and reporting
