We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site project execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising work, coordinating with vendors and contractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and completing projects as per schedule and design specifications.

This role is ideal for engineers with hands-on experience in electrical installations, solar projects, or industrial/commercial construction.

Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution as per design and schedule.
  • Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Read, interpret, and implement technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Plan daily site activities and allocate work to technicians, supervisors, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Manage materials on-site check quantities, request requirements, and minimize wastage.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to technical standards.
