We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning at our Kolkata centerKey Responsibilities: Accounts & Finance

  • Manage daily accounting tasks including fee collection, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory compliances such as GST and TDS
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow
  • Collaborate with the front office team to track student payments and maintain proper documentation
  • Handle payroll processing and employee-related accounting activities
  • Assist with internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed
  • Prepare and present MIS reports to management

Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day center operations to ensure smooth delivery of coaching services
  • Manage facility upkeep, inventory, and procurement of necessary supplies
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for timely delivery and support
  • Coordinate with front office staff on student admissions, fee follow-ups, and record-keeping
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records
  • Provide basic HR and administrative support
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in the education or service industry
  • Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools
  • In-depth knowledge of tax and financial regulations relevant to educational institutions
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and communication skills
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹32,000.00 per month
