Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for an Area Sales Manager & Sales Manager at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited. The role involves overseeing sales initiatives, achieving targets, and building strong relationships with clients and team members. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, setting sales strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient services. The role will also require managing and mentoring a team to drive growth and meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Client Relationship Management, Sales Strategy, and Business Development
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in housing finance, loan products, and market trends
  • Team Leadership and Management capabilities, including mentoring and motivating team members
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in meeting sales targets and addressing customer needs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM platforms, and technology for sales tracking and reporting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the financial services or housing finance sector preferred
