Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven leadership in delivering data-driven solutions, and the ability to translate complex data insights into business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data science projects from business requirement gathering to model deployment.
  • Design and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models, including LLMs and GenAI applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across industries to identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights using data visualization and storytelling tailored for senior management.
  • Work with engineering teams to scale models using big data tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, delivering solutions across diverse industries.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in AI/ML and GenAI, and proactively bring innovative ideas into projects.

Experience:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.
  • Proven experience delivering solutions involving LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration.
