Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities for PVC heat stabilizers, lubricants, and additives in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PVC processors, compounders, and masterbatch manufacturers.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend mapping to identify growth areas.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with R&D and Technical teams to deliver customer-specific solutions and new product introductions.
- Negotiate and finalize pricing, commercial terms, and long-term supply contracts.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to promote FIL's brand and offerings.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business through effective account management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100, ₹150,000.00 per month
