We are looking for an experienced
Banking Consultant
with a strong foundation in banking product operations and proven consulting experience in IT services. This role is critical in bridging business and technology, ensuring our solutions are relevant, practical, and future-ready for our banking clients.

What You Bring

• 10–12 years of core banking experience in reputed banks on the product side (Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, Payments, Treasury, or similar).
• 3–6+ years of consulting experience in IT firms as a Banking/Domain Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, operations, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems (e.g., T24, Flexcube, Finacle, or equivalent).
• Expertise in process re-engineering, product implementation, requirement gathering, and solution designing.
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders, IT teams, and client leadership to translate banking needs into technology-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-engagement skills.
• Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance/Banking) or equivalent preferred.

Desired Skills

• Exposure to Temenos T24 / Finacle / Flexcube or other leading CBS platforms.
• Knowledge of digital banking, open banking, API integration, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience in data-driven banking modernization (analytics, customer insights, AI/ML applications).
• Prior involvement in large-scale transformation or modernization projects.
• Ability to lead workshops, requirement discussions, and training sessions with business users.

Your Role
As a
Banking Consultant
you will::

• Act as a domain expert and trusted advisor for banking clients across retail, corporate, and digital channels.
• Analyze existing banking processes, products, and systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with IT delivery teams to design, validate, and implement banking solutions.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops, prepare functional specifications, and ensure smooth translation to technology teams.
• Support product demos, client presentations, and solution workshops.
• Contribute to business case development, RFP responses, and solution proposals.
• Stay updated on emerging banking trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes.
