Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Lead Generation:
  2. ● Make outbound calls to potential customers who have dropped leads on digital channels to promote auto loan products and services.
  3. ● Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  4. ● Help customers take online loan journeys and get loan sanction letters.
  5. ● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  6. Customer Service & Management:
  7. ● Handle customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  8. ● Process customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate.
  9. ● Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  10. Product Knowledge:
  11. ● Stay up-to-date with loan products features, benefits, pricing, Rate of interest, EMI, Tenure and other promotional offers.
  12. ● Educate customers about the features and benefits of products and services.
  13. Team Collaboration:
  14. ● Work closely with team members to ensure consistent high-quality service and to share best practices.
  15. ● Attend team meetings and training sessions.
  16. Data Management:
  17. ● Maintain accurate records of calls made and specify the outcome on each call.
  18. ● Update customer records in the company's database as required.
  19. Compliance:
  20. ● Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  21. ● Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

● High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

● Previous telesales experience, preferably in an auto loan / vehicle insurance call centre environment.

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Proficient in computer skills, including CRM software and MS Office.

● Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.

● Excellent active listening, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

● Basic Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi
