Draft letters, memos, and reports as required.
Coordinate internal and external communications efficiently.
3. Meeting Coordination
Schedule, prepare agendas, and take minutes for meetings.
Follow up on meeting action items and ensure timely completion.
4. Report and Data Management
Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for management review.
Collect and analyze data to support decision-making.
5. Project Assistance
Support management in planning and executing projects.
Track deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates.
6. Office Coordination
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage supplies, vendor communication, and administrative logistics.
7. Confidentiality and Professionalism
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Represent management professionally in all communications.
