Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily factory operations including cutting, assembling, sanding, polishing, packing, and labeling.
  • Operate basic machinery, tools, and equipment safely under supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor and workstations.
  • Follow safety rules, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support production targets by working efficiently and maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist in loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods.
  • Report damages, shortages, or issues to supervisors.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: 8th/10th pass (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in factory/production work is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual work for extended periods.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn.
