**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in daily factory operations including cutting, assembling, sanding, polishing, packing, and labeling.
- Operate basic machinery, tools, and equipment safely under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor and workstations.
- Follow safety rules, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Support production targets by working efficiently and maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods.
- Report damages, shortages, or issues to supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education: 8th/10th pass (preferred, not mandatory).
- Prior experience in factory/production work is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work for extended periods.
- Punctual, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
