Policy Management - Ensure timely and accurate issuance of agri-insurance policies.

Claims Handling - Manage fair and prompt settlement of claims.

Farmer Education - Guide farmers on insurance coverage, premiums, and claims processes. Regulatory Compliance - Maintain transparency and adhere to industry regulations.

Reporting & Analysis - Prepare reports on policy status, claims data, and customer feedback.

Stakeholder coordination - Collaborate with insurers, government agencies, and internal teams.

Process Improvement- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and risk management.

  • Deep understanding of agricultural insurance products, policies, and risk assessment.
  • Knowledge of claims processing, evaluation, settlement procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to assess risks, review policy terms, and ensure accurate issuance of insurance policies.
  • Familiarity with government schemes, financial regulations, and compliance standards for insurance.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports on policy issuance, claims status, and customer feedback.
  • Skills in guiding farmers through insurance processes, resolving queries, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze premium rates, loss ratios, and claim trends for effective risk management
  • Strong ability to convince stakeholders, farmers, and insurers for smooth policy and claim execution
