Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, driving account openings, and cross-selling investment products. This is a hardcore sales role with attractive incentives based on performance. The ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive, and skilled in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and references.
  • Drive account opening targets by converting leads into active clients.
  • Cross-sell a range of financial and investment products (Mutual Funds, Demat, Equity, Insurance, etc.).
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with high energy and persistence.
  • Keep updated with market trends and product knowledge to effectively pitch offerings.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in a performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain consistent productivity.
  • Graduate (any stream); finance background will be an added advantage.
