Job Description:-

Development and further enhancement of user interface concepts and interface

designs to elevate our software applications to the next level.

Conducting user research, including the creation of personas and the application of

user-centered design principles to meet user expectations and requirements.

Designing visual elements, layouts, and navigation structures to promote simple

and intuitive user interactions.

Creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for internal reviews and usability

testing.

Execution of tests to gather feedback and subsequent adaptation of the design to

optimize the user experience.

Development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design

guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across all software modules.

Consideration of relevant standards and guidelines in the design of user interfaces

in the mechanical engineering field.

Technical Skills:-

Extensive experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user interface

design.

Proficient in common design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe

XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Experience with Lean UX and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Experience with user testing and feedback loops.

Strong communication skills to present design concepts to stakeholders

Education:-

B.E. Computers/ IT, B. Design

Preferred Candidate:-

2+ years of UX/UI design experience with Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) (mechanical

engineering background is a plus)
