Overview

PENNEP is looking for a contractual individual to join our client's growing EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will responsible for building the Academic Partnerships across Canada to strengthen our network and ensure quality learning delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic academic partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutions in Canada.
  • Develop and implement structured processes and strategies to scale tutor engagement and academic collaborations.
  • Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and ensure effective communication.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for tutors, ensuring a smooth integration into the platform.
  • Manage and maintain data within the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure consistent tutor experience.
  • Utilise Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for reporting, communication, and planning.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in academic partnerships, onboarding, or education management (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of LMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive initiatives.
