As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be the vibrant voice of our company, engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. What you'll do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with a friendly demeanor, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize your multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base, enhancing their experience through clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our services.
  • Process cash handling transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
  • Demonstrate strong typing skills to efficiently document customer interactions and maintain records.
  • Leverage Microsoft Office tools to create reports and manage customer information effectively.

Experience

  • Proven experience in customer support or client services, ideally within a call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills in TELUGU ; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and an ability to upsell products or services when appropriate.
  • Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office applications for data management.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement.
