This role operates within an on-site data engineering team focused on large-scale ETL and data integration initiatives across the organization.

Primary Job Title: Informatica ETL Developer

Location: India — On-site

Role & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain end-to-end ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud to ingest, transform and deliver high-quality data to downstream warehouses.
  • Author source-to-target mappings, mappings objects, workflows and sessions; implement reusable transformations and parameterization to support scalable deployments.
  • Perform SQL tuning, PL/SQL development and optimize ETL jobs for performance across Oracle/Teradata environments.
  • Troubleshoot job failures, implement robust error-handling, and implement monitoring/alerting for data pipelines to meet SLA requirements.
  • Collaborate with data architects, BI developers and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical designs and ensure data quality and lineage.
  • Participate in deployment activities, version control, code reviews and maintain ETL documentation and runbooks.
