Job Overview:

Kalinga University is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Raipur. This full-time position involves creating visual content that aligns with the university's branding and communication goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for digital illustration and UX/UI design.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Expertise in CORAL DRAW (Mandatory skill) with a proven track record of delivering creative designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for photo editing, graphic design, and digital art creation.
  • Skilled in Adobe Illustrator to develop vector graphics and artwork for various projects.
  • Experience with Figma for interface design and prototyping, facilitating seamless design processes.
  • Proficient in Sketch to create user-friendly designs and enhance user experience.
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign for laying out complex documents and creating content layouts.
  • Understanding of UX/UI Design principles to improve the usability and appeal of digital platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging digital illustrations that effectively communicate brand messages.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce visual content for digital and print media, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and promotional materials.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and user interface layouts for digital platforms.
  • Ensure all designs align with the university's mission and target audience.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and standards of quality.
  • Review and improve existing designs based on feedback and performance analysis.
