Job Overview

We are seeking a bright and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at ErNOTO. This position is open to freshers and is ideal for those starting their career in graphic design. The role is versatile, offering full-time, part-time, and remote working arrangements, with job locations available in Raipur, Bhilai, and Bhopal. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in our design processes, working closely with the team to create visually compelling graphics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a strong foundation in UI Design with practical experience in creating user-centric designs.
  • Familiarity with Figma and the ability to design and prototype user interfaces effectively.
  • Proficient in wireframing tools to develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that highlight design concepts.
  • Skillful in Adobe Illustrator for creating vector graphics and illustrations that convey visually appealing ideas.
  • Understanding of design systems and the ability to maintain consistency across various digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of typography to ensure design elements are engaging and meet the aesthetic needs of the brand.
  • Comprehension of color theory to create designs with effective and harmonious color schemes.
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for staying updated with design trends.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design and development team to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and identify design problems along with suggesting improvements.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand, based on project needs.
  • Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with goals.
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final designs for projects accurately and creatively.
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects and digital platforms.
  • Assist in the production of high-quality designs and proactive in meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
