Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer, based in Faridabad. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for crafting user-centered designs, developing seamless user interfaces, and creating visually compelling graphics. Day-to-day tasks will include creating wireframes and mockups, conducting user research to optimize user experiences, collaborating with developers to deliver functional front-end designs, and ensuring design consistency across platforms. The role also involves iterative testing and improving the user journey for Hobfit's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Visual Design and creating Mockups
  • Experience with User Interface Design and expertise in enhancing User Experience (UX)
  • Knowledge of Front-End Development practices to facilitate collaboration with developers
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the health-tech industry or familiarity with health-focused apps is a plus
