Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to protect property, assets, staff, and visitors. The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disturbances.

Control access to premises and permit entry only to authorized personnel and visitors.

Conduct regular security checks of doors, windows, gates, and equipment.

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.

Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards to management.

Maintain daily activity logs, incident reports, and visitor records.

Provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role preferred.

Knowledge of security operations and safety practices.

Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long hours.

Strong observation and problem-solving skills.

Integrity, reliability, and a professional attitude.

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (as per organization's requirement).

Basic knowledge of emergency procedures (fire safety, first aid) is an advantage.
