Your role, your impact

As an Oracle EPM FCC/ARC Cloud Consultant, you'll design, implement, and support Oracle FCCS and ARC solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices. You'll work closely with finance teams to translate needs into effective system configurations, optimize workflows, and deliver accurate financial consolidation and reporting. You'll be part of a fast-growing, collaborative environment committed to client success, innovation, and high ethical standards.

Your day-to-day

  • Implement and configure FCCS and ARC solutions based on client requirements;
  • Collaborate with finance teams to design data models, calculations, hierarchies, and consolidation rules;
  • Test, deploy, and troubleshoot FCCS and ARC configurations to ensure seamless operations;
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes for accurate financial consolidation;
  • Create and optimize account reconciliation workflows in ARC;
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and automation using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and EPM Automate;
  • Train end users and provide ongoing support;
  • Monitor Oracle EPM Cloud updates and recommend best practices;
  • Manage tasks to meet timelines and budgets, with clear stakeholder communication.

Keys to your success

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • 3 to 8 years of experience with Oracle FCCS and ARC Cloud, including full lifecycle implementations;
  • Strong knowledge of FCCS consolidation, reconciliation, reporting, data management, and administration;
  • Proven ability to work independently and in teams, with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities;
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote/hybrid environment;
  • Flexible to participate in project activities across time zones as required.

Extra edge

  • Oracle certification;
  • Familiarity with Narrative or Management Reporting.
