Job Title: Associate DevOps Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Associate DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating and streamlining our operations and processes, managing cloud infrastructure, and deploying updates and fixes. You will work collaboratively with software developers and system operators to ensure the smooth and efficient deployment and operation of applications in both development and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid software development cycles.
  • Collaborate with development teams to create scalable and reliable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and security.
  • Automate routine tasks and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Manage cloud services and infrastructure, ensuring performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and manage configuration management systems.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, environments, and configurations.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to respond to production incidents and outages.

Skills Required

  • Good Knowledge on cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Good idea with version control systems, particularly Git.
