We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and help build, scale, and maintain our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong systems knowledge, automation skills, and a passion for continuous improvement in software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS DevOps.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

Monitor systems performance and reliability using tools like Dynatrace,Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic.

Collaborate with software engineering teams to streamline development, deployment, and operational processes.

Implement and enforce DevSecOps practices including secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance controls.

Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis (RCA) to improve system stability.

Participate in on-call rotations and ensure effective incident response practices.

Optimize cloud costs and resource usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering roles.

Strong experience with:

CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.

Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (at least one at a production scale).

Containerization: Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).

IaC tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.

Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).

Deep understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls in cloud environments.

Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools( Preferred Dynatrace).

Strong security awareness and best practices for infrastructure and deployments.

Strong knowledge on AWS Migration Services and different AWS migration strategy and Knowledge of Application, DB Migration project.

Strong knowledge on AI Integration with DevOps( AI Agent, MLOps, AIOps, LLMOps)

Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure Architect Associate).

Experience with GitOps (e.g., Argo CD, Flux).

Familiarity with service mesh (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).

Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and backup strategies.

Experience with incident management tools (Nice to have).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
