Responsibilities:

  • Technical Training Support: Assist in providing comprehensive training on PREMAS client technologies. This includes hands-on wet lab and software training.
  • Customer Support: Help provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for customers via in-person visits, phone, email, and web.
  • Presentations: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support technical and scientific presentations to various audiences.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Assist in creating and maintaining technical support documentation in the company's enterprise database.
  • Training Development: Help develop and implement training plans and courses for internal teams and external customers.
  • Product Development Participation: Participate in new product development projects, representing both commercial and technical support teams.
  • Technical Material Assistance: Support the creation and review of technical materials, including manuals, application notes, and presentations.
  • Follow Standard Practices: Adhere to standard practices and procedures while analyzing data and situations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life science discipline with a strong interest in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).
  • Technical Interest: Familiarity with NGS technologies is a plus, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage in scientific presentations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn about new technologies and applications.

Travel Requirement
: Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
