We are looking for a
highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist
to drive our online presence and performance across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in
SEO, performance marketing (Google & Meta Ads), content creation, web development/design coordination, analytics, and creative execution
. This role requires both
strategic planning and execution
to deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.
  • Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for improved organic rankings.

Content, Creative & Web Design Management

  • Plan, create, and coordinate engaging content (blogs, social media posts, ad copies, etc.).
  • Collaborate with graphic/web designers or use tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc.) to produce visuals and web layouts.
  • Coordinate with web developers/designers to ensure websites, landing pages, and campaign pages are optimized for UI/UX and performance.

Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and maximize ROI.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.).
  • Generate performance reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, sales, product, and web development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience in coordinating with
    web developers/designers
    for website updates and landing pages.
  • Basic graphic/web design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Figma) preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics & reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
