Job Description :

Our client is looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Software engineering lead provides technical expertise and leadership in design and development of high-quality software using industry standard best practices for new development of cloud native solutions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Being a hands-on contributor is a key responsibility in this role.

- Executes the full SDLC from business requirement to product delivery.

- Responsible for a team of software engineers and leads.

- Hands-on in terms of design, coding, reviews etc

- Applies technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of business applications is required to facilitate the development of supporting knowledge architecture and standards.

- Help build awareness within the tech community through meetups, conferences, and open source contributions.

- Interface with other technical personnel and product owners to finalize requirements.

- Serve as the initial point of escalation for software development.

- Managing a team if highly capable engineers developing a world-class data platform

- Helping evolve development guidelines, practices & principles for a world where services development & delivery is moving faster than ever.

- Designing resilient & redundant infrastructure to maintain high availability and reliability.

- Continuously championing Agile Methodologies to release & deploy iterations of our services.

- Goods Hands on experience in Java, Python, Microservices, AWS, Cloud, GCP etc

OTHER SKILLS :

- Candidates should be from a good MNC or AI/ML Product company and working matrix organisation.

- Good Communication and deep commitment to high quality and engineering discipline

- Self-driven, working in a high performing environment and result oriented.

- Good people management skills.
