About the Company:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This role requires someone with a solid background in managing client accounts, as well as leadership and managerial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and business growth.
- Oversee a portfolio of accounts, working to meet client needs, deadlines, and expectations.
- Develop, execute, and manage account strategies to ensure client retention and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior account managers, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor and report on account performance, delivering regular updates to senior management.
- Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive business development.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and enhance relationships.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in account management or related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in client relationship management and team leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
