ICFIX is a growing organization focused on delivering high-quality training and services in technology and education. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support decision-making with accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update day-to-day financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and income to support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
  • Process employee payroll and maintain salary records.
  • Track student fee collections, pending payments, and generate collection reports.
  • Ensure all accounting processes are compliant with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Support management with financial analysis for business planning and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant (1+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
