Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role for Our CLIENT
located in
Vadapalani
,
Chennai
.

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and addressing customer inquiries.

The role includes providing information about the company's services, maintaining client records, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

The Telecaller will also be expected to handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Tamizh and English
  • Customer service experience and proficiency in handling client interactions
  • Ability to work with targets and achieve goals consistently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer feedback effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Candidates living in and around Vadapalani preferred.
