Role Overview
We are looking for a Only Female Telecaller / Business Development Executive who will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, introducing our solutions, generating leads, and scheduling meetings/demos for the sales team.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build trust with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B calls to potential clients.
- Explain company services (AI Solutions, Web & Mobile Apps, Automation).
- Generate leads and schedule demos/meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (regional languages are a plus).
- Confidence in engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of IT/software services (training provided).
- Ability to handle client objections and build relationships.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (minimum requirement).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or BPO.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
