Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Platform Management:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the companys e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.

Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience.

Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop high-quality product descriptions, images, and other online content.

Digital Marketing and Sales:

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales on e-commerce platforms.

Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and online sales.

Monitor and analyze the performance of online sales campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.

Customer Experience and Support:

Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers, from browsing to checkout.

Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints related to online orders, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the e-commerce experience.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track and analyze e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer behavior.

Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve online sales.
