Job Description Technical specialist Job Summary Location: Noida Project role: Technical specialist Qualification: B Tech, B.Tech Experience: 4.5-8 Years Skills: Cloud Services No. of positions: 1 Job description: 2-20 years of work experience in IT industry. Experience in Designing, Implementing and working with matured CI/CD or Groovy CI/CD pipelines and good hand on experience in popular DevOps tools. Jenkins/Bamboo/TeamCity/CircleCI etc distributed builds, integration with other quality tools static analysis, automation frameworks etc. Chef/Puppet/Ansible/Salt should have written recipes/manifesto/playbooks to deploy apps/setup Dev/QA/Staging/Prod environments using yaml/Ruby/Python Proficient on ways to automate and improve development and release processes and Build end-to-end continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Required good working experience on automation skills with Python, PowerShell, shell scripting or any scripting language. Proficiently with one of three cloud platforms - AWS/GCP/Azure, Preferable cloud would be Google Cloud platform. Strong understanding of cloud delivery models public, private and hybrid. CI/CD in cloud or deploy QA/Dev/Staging/Prod environments in cloud. Strong Hands-on experience on IaC tools like Terraform on any cloud platform. Experience on Microservices Design and Deployment Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS Openshift. Hands on knowledge on logging and monitoring services via tools such as ELK Stack, Syslog, ELK stack, Graphite, Grafana, Prometheus. Proven experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Strong experience with project management methodologies and frameworks (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban). To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
