Require a sales candidate for industrial stapling products and packaging products.
Focus will be on selling specialized heavy‐duty staplers, pneumatic stapling tools, carton‐closing
tools, and similar fastening solutions to industrial clients (packaging, furniture, automotive, etc.).
Along with stapling tools scope will also specialized industrial packing products

Job Responsibilities will include:
- Generate new leads and convert prospects for industrial staplers, pneumatic tools,
consumables (staples, pins, etc.) and other packing products
- Visit customer sites to understand applications and recommend suitable products and
solutions.
Conduct product demos and training for potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, production heads,
and key decision makers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close deals.
Coordinate with the technical and service team for installations, troubleshooting, or aftersales
support.
Track competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
Maintain sales reports, and target performance regularly.
Requirements:
‐ Diploma of Bachelor's degree
‐ 2–5 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales (tools, packaging, pneumatics, etc.).
‐ Technical knowledge or hands‐on understanding of fastening tools or similar equipment.
‐ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
‐ Willingness to travel frequently within the region
‐ Preferable: Candidates having existing client network in packaging, furniture, or automotive
manufacturing industries.
Compensation:
‐ Competitive base salary + incentive structure

‐ Provident Fund, ESIC as per government regulations
