Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Account Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Retail Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. They will communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, and help tailor solutions to meet individual client needs.

  • Account Management and Business Planning skills
  • Customer Service skills and strong Communication skills
  • Sales experience and proven ability to drive growth
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Experience in the retail or eco-friendly products industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
