As a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional with over 5 years of experience in outdoor advertising sales or business development, your role will involve driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships in the out-of-home (OOH) media space. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new business opportunities in outdoor advertising such as billboards, LED Screens, and hoardings. - Actively source, approach, and acquire new clients from various sectors to expand the company's outdoor advertising portfolio. - Create customized outdoor advertising proposals and pitch presentations. - Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creative, finance) to ensure successful campaign execution. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate clients, and brand managers. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Development Executive or Senior Sales Executive, specifically in the outdoor advertising industry. - Strong network of contacts in the media and advertising industry is preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits. In addition to the above details, the compensation for this position ranges from 70k to 1 Lakh per month with incentives.
