Role Overview:

The trainer is responsible for training students in public speaking and improving their

communication skills. The role includes delivering interactive sessions, preparing instructional

materials, and maintaining classroom records while ensuring effective classroom management.

Key Responsibilities:

● Teach public speaking, presentation techniques, and communication skills.

● Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, practice activities, and assessments for

classroom delivery.

● Maintain attendance records, student performance reports, and session documentation.

● Ensure disciplined, engaging, and well-managed classroom environments.

● Provide feedback and support to help students improve their confidence and clarity of

speech.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Master's degree in English, Communication, or related field.

● Minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching, training, or classroom instruction.

● Strong command of English with B2–C1 proficiency.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.

● Ability to design engaging speaking activities and instructional content.

● Maintain a collegial and professional rapport with peers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
