**Position**:Full-Time **Speech-Language Pathologist** _(On-Site)_

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Conduct Evaluations**: Perform thorough assessments of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in both adults and children.
- **Develop Treatment Plans**: Create and implement personalized therapy programs based on individual needs.
- **Provide Therapy Sessions**: Deliver engaging and effective therapy to enhance communication abilities.
- **Patient and Family Education**: Educate patients and their families about disorders and strategies for improvement.
- **Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams**: Work closely with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- **Maintain Documentation**: Keep accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest developments in speech-language pathology to incorporate best practices.

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP or MASLP).
- **Certification**:Valid license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- **Experience**:Experience in clinical speech-language pathology is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiastic fresh graduates are welcome
